Our 19th Annual Sporting Clay Benefit Shoot is planned to help raise the needed funds to continue our work. Over the last 18 years we have given over $300,000 to help amputees.

Your sponsorships and/or donations for our “Benefit Shoot” would be a great help. Get together a team, challenge others in your office or your competitors and come out for a great time!

2023 – 24 Parades and Events

43rd VFW Veterans Day Parade

The VFW 6287 is hosting its annual Veterans Day parade to honor US veterans and their contribution to the community. There will be floats, bands, cheering, and laughter. The parade will start at US Hwy 41 and 5th St and will end on 11st St. After the parade, there will be awards, live music, food trucks, and more.

42ND ANNUAL SANTA FEST & CHRISTMAS PARADE

On the first Saturday of December, downtown Tampa becomes a place of wonder and magic with smilie faces at our one and only Santa Fest and Tampa’s Christmas Parade. Families line the spectacular one-mile parade route in downtown Tampa as they cheer the sights and sounds of the season.

Children’s Gasparilla Extravaganza

Get the Kiddies ready and head out to Bayshore Blvd for the of the Childrens Gasparilla Extravaganza Presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla. The parade will begin at Bay to Bay Blvd. and Bayshore Blvd. and continue north on Bayshore Blvd. to Edison St. This is an alcohol and Grog free event.

Gasparilla Parade Of Pirates

Its Gasparilla parade season and the Peg Leg Pirate Krewe and our Pirate Ship float will be setting sail down Bayshore Blvd and heading into the city of Tampa for The Gasparilla Parade Of Pirates Presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla.

The Krewe of Sant’ Yago Knight Parade

The Krewe of Sant’ Yago is once again hosting the Illuminated Knight Parade on February 11th. Come out and see all of the floats lit up while we travel down 7th Ave from Nuccio Parkway to 22nd Avenue. 8:00 PM parade start time.

Some of the Krewe will be heading up to Pasco County and joining our pirate friends for the Chasco Fiesta Parade in historic downtown New Port Richey.

Diversity Parade – Tampa Pride

The 6th annual Tampa Pride Diversity Parade in historic Ybor City, also known as the GaYBOR District. This has become a historical and annual spring event when Florida weather is most enjoyable!

Once again the parade will wind its way east from the corner of Nuccio Parkway and E 7th Avenue, down E 7th Avenue to N 20th Street where it will turn north to disperse.

The parade will start at 4:00pm in front of Centro Ybor with a special community tribute.

Springtime Tallahassee

The Grand Parade – Come see over 100 colorful units and floats, marching bands, dance groups, Springtime Krewe floats and much more. The parade steps off on Monroe Street just south of the intersection of Monroe Street and Brevard Street and travels south on Monroe past the Florida Capitol ending at Madison Street. The first Springtime parade featured many costumes and only horse drawn units.

DeSoto-Bradenton Parade

The DeSoto Heritage Grand Parade, which is the final parade of the season, starts at Manatee High School and heads east on Manatee Avenue to downtown Bradenton.

The Festival will take place April 21 through April 23, 2022.  Weekend packages are available from $280 to $400, and rooms available from $155. (Will update when 2023 info becomes available)
